What will we process your data for and on what legal basis?

2.1. Management of the relationship with web users: We process the data provided by users in the contact form to deal with your request. The email address you have provided will be used to send you a notification to confirm your request. If you do not provide your details, we may not be able to deal with your request correctly.

These processing operations are necessary for the performance of the legal relationship with users or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures at their own request. 

2.2. Administration and management of website security: We process browsing data (IP addresses or logs) to administer and manage the security of the website. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in ensuring the security of the website. This interest is expressly recognised by recital 49 of the GDPR. In weighing this interest against your rights and freedoms, it has been taken into account that this processing corresponds to general security practices and does not pose significant threats to data subjects. 

How long will we keep your data?

In general, we keep your data for the duration of your relationship with us and in any case for the periods provided for in the applicable legal provisions and for the time necessary to meet possible liabilities arising from the processing. We will delete your data when they are no longer necessary or relevant for the purposes for which they were collected. 

In particular, we will keep the data on the form while your request is being processed. After the resolution, it will be blocked and will only be accessible for the purpose of fulfilling responsibilities arising from the processing. Web security data will be deleted at the end of the connection.

To whom may we disclose your data?

Your data will be communicated to third parties if required by law, with your consent or when your request implies such communication.

 

What are your rights?
